Exchanges & Returns
Exchanges & returns will be offered with in 20 days.
To process an exchange or return, please email us at info@provence.net.au with your order number and details.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the tags attached.
We do not accept returns on Gift Cards.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
